Typical Properties

(alkylbenzene sulfonaes surfactant derivatives)
GMPS-C15 (anti-static particles) is anti-static concentrate particles that are developed to suit PS material properties and can be applied to the vacuum forming and injection forming of PS sheet.
The adding proportion of GMPS-C15 (anti-static particles) should vary with different forming conditions and different places.
Sheet added with GMPS-C15 (anti-static particles), through some time after sustaining the 120
formation temperature in the finishing process, can reach a surface resistivity of 109 ~1010 that electronic packing materials require.
As for the use of GMPS-15C, storage is convenient; dryness is not needed for use. Its adding usage helps good dispersion and reduces the difficulties and inconvenience during manufacture. It also maintains product stabilization and provides convenience for operators.

Our products meet the S.G.S. test standard for packaging materials of electric products (eight major heavy metals test among others). Report Download is available from us.
