GMPP-C10 (anti-static particles) is anti-static concentrate particles that are developed to suit PP material properties and can be applied to the vacuum forming and injection forming of PP film and sheet.
The adding proportion of GMPP-C10 (anti-static particles) should vary with different forming conditions and different places.
Adding GMPP-C1O (anti-static particles) enables you to reduce the adhesion of products during the high speed manufacture of PP film, while improve the manufacturing efficiency without affecting film transparency.
As for the performance of GMPP-C10 (anti-static particles) on sheet, it can sustain 120℃ formation temperature in the finishing forming process, and formed products can reach a surface resistivity of 109 ~1010.
